Investigate and diagnose complex customer issues across cloud, CI/CD, APIs, containers, and IDEs.
📋 Description Investigate and diagnose complex customer issues across cloud, CI/CD, APIs, containers, and IDEs. Perform root-cause analysis by reading logs and tracing code paths to isolate failures. Resolve high-volume technical issues with clear customer communication. Escalate issues to engineering with complete reproduction steps, logs, and env details. Educate customers on best practices and deployment patterns to improve adoption. Build internal playbooks, tooling, automations, and documentation to speed investigations. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years in a technical role (software, infra, or developer tooling). Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Eng or related field, or equivalent experience. Linux, Docker, Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Ability to reproduce, isolate, and debug issues from incomplete reports. Experience analyzing logs and traces across distributed systems.
