📋 Description Hands-on contributor on the Customer Experience team. Identify high-value AI use cases across the customer lifecycle. Build and maintain agentic workflows and automations. Integrate AI across Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong via APIs. Use n8n, Make, Zapier and LLM APIs to deliver practical solutions. Translate business needs into working automations, not production code. 🎯 Requirements AI fluency; translate agentic capabilities to business value Workflow automation tools: n8n, Make, Zapier Analytical skills for telemetry, usage data, dashboards Strategic communication of AI outcomes to stakeholders Responsible AI deployment judgment and risk awareness Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; CRM experience (Salesforce, Gainsight)
