AI Solutions Engineer (Staff)

📋 Description Own configuration, admin, and maintenance of our AI-powered platform. Collaborate with infra to shape framework and tooling for faster, independent dev. Evaluate AI-generated code for security, scalability, and readiness. Advise non-technical stakeholders on capabilities and risks. Establish best practices for AI-assisted development across teams. Define long-term platform architecture with AI Solutions team as it scales. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade apps CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions) and IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation) Deep knowledge of AI dev tools and LLM workflows Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications Experience in regulated environments with MNPI/PII data Hands-on AWS: Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, SQS Experience building internal platforms or self-service tooling
