Lead technical engagements for AI solutions in financial services, collaborating with clients and teams on project-based work.
📋 Description Technical lead on client engagements; production AI architectures. Most projects: discovery or pilot; 6–12 weeks. This is a Talent Network engagement, not a full-time role. Projects scoped and initiated by Ironwood Digital; join when matching. Freelance contractor at 0.25–0.5 FTE (10–20 hrs/week). Between projects, gaps; free to hold other commitments. 🎯 Requirements Hands-on AI/ML solutions development Experience with financial services (FSI) clients Experience with large, regulated organisations is a plus Experience with cloud hyperscalers Azure, AWS, GCP Experience in technology consulting or service business Advanced written and oral communication in English 🎁 Benefits Remote, flexible project-based work 0.25–0.5 FTE per project (10–20 hrs/week) Work with enterprise FSIs on AI transformations Not a full-time role; join matching projects as available Collaborate with leading AI engineers and clients globally
