AI Solution Lead AI Architect

This is a remote position. We are looking for a AI Solution Lead AI Architect to anchor several strategic Generative AI initiatives. This role guides architecture, delivery, and quality across conversational AI, document intelligence, RAG-based enterprise search, and natural language data interfaces. The position requires strong hands-on GenAI experience, architectural leadership, and the ability to align engineering, data science, and business stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of multiple Generative AI use cases Define end-to-end architecture for RAG systems (embeddings, chunking, retrieval, orchestration) Guide cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, and backend teams Shape guardrails, evaluation logic, metrics, and enterprise AI controls Provide architectural leadership for voice assistants (TTS/STT + LLM reasoning), document intelligence, and NL-to-SQL assistants Collaborate with business stakeholders to align scope, outcomes, and delivery expectations Support onsite workshops and architectural reviews when required Ensure solutions meet standards for performance, compliance, security, and maintainability Requirements Strong STEM background with experience delivering enterprise AI or ML solutions Proven hands-on delivery in Generative AI , preferably within Azure ecosystems Deep understanding of RAG patterns, embeddings, prompting, and LLM reasoning flows Experience leading technical teams and coordinating multi-stream AI programmes Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders Ability to translate business needs into scalable AI architectures and execution plans Nice to have Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks and enterprise AI governance Exposure to TTS/STT technologies for conversational assistants Experience with natural language interfaces and conversational analytics Understanding of AI evaluation frameworks and operational guardrails Benefits Solid, competitive salary Work in multinational environment on international projects Comprehensive healthcare Long-term B2B contract with stable project pipeline Fully remote model Originally posted on Himalayas
