AI Research Engineer

📋 Description Design and implement complex experiments to test hypotheses, define evaluation protocols and baselines. Independently manage a research sub-task from start to finish and draw clear conclusions. Contribute high-quality, reusable code to the team's reference implementation repository. Improve internal benchmarks by identifying data gaps and adding new evaluation metrics or models. 🎯 Requirements PhD or Master's in CS, Computational Linguistics, ML, or related field. 3+ years in applied NLP research or ML engineering in a data-centric AI setting. Ability to operationalize subjective concepts into concrete guidelines.
