AI Infrastructure Manager

📋 Description Lead and grow a team of engineers for large-scale AI infrastructure. Set technical direction and architectural standards for AI post-training/inference. Drive performance optimization across GPU/xPU accelerators and cloud. Own reliability, scalability, and observability for AI workloads. Partner cross-functionally with research, ML, product, and platform teams on infra roadmap. Translate needs into long-term infra strategy and execution plans. 🎯 Requirements Experience leading engineering teams building GenAI infra, distributed systems. Strong cloud computing and large-scale distributed systems background. Deep understanding of AI workload scaling, GPUs/xPU, and perf tuning. Comfortable making architectural tradeoffs across cost, reliability, and speed. Proficient in Python or Go, guiding design of complex systems.
