AI Infrastructure Engineer

📋 Description Deploy and optimize the AgentCore Runtime on Amazon EKS for long-running tasks. Build the AgentCore Gateway in Go to mediate between autonomous agents and internal microservices, enforcing zero-trust security. Architect persistent state and memory stores to maintain context across sessions or vector stores. Engineer the integration between AgentCore and the Horizon Kubernetes platform to provide native access to cluster resources and internal services. Lead IaC for the full AgentCore stack using Terraform or AWS CDK; enable support for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Knowledge Graph integration. Design automated evaluation, observability, and governance frameworks to ensure Horizon agents operate safely and reliably. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 10+ years of software engineering experience with ~5+ years in cloud distributed systems; proficient in Golang and async Python. Hands-on experience with AWS AgentCore (or similar Agentic AI platforms), Agent SDKs (Strand, OpenAI, LangChain); MCP/A2A protocols. Agentic expertise to move agents from chat to autonomous action loops (MCP, A2A, RAG, KnowledgeBase). 2+ years of Kubernetes experience, including Kubernetes operators and containers; experience with Helm charts and API gateways.
