Salary: $65000 - 92000 per year Requirements: Proven experience working with AI-driven tools, chatbots, or automated systems Knowledge of large language models (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, ElevenLabs) Familiarity with prompt optimization and instruction tuning Proficient in analyzing system outputs and AI-generated responses Understanding of APIs and system integrations Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Adaptability to manage diverse tasks in a dynamic environment Strong written and verbal communication abilities 5+ years of relevant experience in AI tools, systems, or platforms (preferred) Experience supporting AI systems in live production settings (preferred) Exposure to voice interfaces or conversational systems (preferred) Familiarity with workflow automation tools (preferred) Interest in enhancing internal workflows with AI (preferred) Responsibilities: Deploy and configure AI-powered systems utilizing established templates and protocols Tailor AI functions based on business, location, or specific use-case needs Evaluate AI systems through simulations and real-world usage scenarios Analyze system outputs to pinpoint issues, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement Refine prompts and instructions for large language models (LLMs) Collaborate with various AI models and platforms to ensure performance and reliability Conduct quality assurance (QA) on AI responses and system operations Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues as required Support internal teams by enhancing the effective and responsible application of AI tools Contribute to the documentation of internal AI usage guidelines and best practices Work alongside technical and operational teams Keep detailed records of configurations and modifications Technologies: AI Support More: We are an innovative digital company situated at the crossroads of AI, technology, and operations.
