Own customer relationships and manage parallel workstreams across accounts. Surface the next problem to solve to expand contract value. Produce architecture documentation detailing builds and generalization across accounts. Feed learnings back to product and engineering to improve the platform. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in enterprise procurement or legal teams. Direct AI experience with AI agents or automated workflows (Claude, N8N, Make, Zapier). Proven track record owning complex customer engagements end-to-end. Strong ability to build integrations and read APIs. Procurement or legal domain knowledge; CPP/CPSM/CPA a plus.
