📋 Description Build the diligence data room where a seller uploads articles of incorporation, financials, and Build the notification system that identifies when a data room is complete or stalling. Connect the priority tracker so meeting transcripts become tentative tasks. Implement a human approval step before anything is added to the tracker. 🎯 Requirements +3 years of experience building internal tools, integrations, or data plumbing, rather than only Experience writing, reviewing, and debugging production code using Python or TypeScript. Experience with SQL. Experience with REST API integrations. Experience building front ends using React or an equivalent technology. Cloud deployment experience, with Azure preferred.
