AI Field Engineer - Enterprise

📋 Description Build end-to-end POCs and MVPs with customer teams in their codebase. Architect inference foundations and scalable deployments for customers. Run load tests; establish latency, throughput, and cost baselines. Deploy and validate new model families on inference frameworks (vLLM, SGLang). Lead discovery conversations and translate pain points into improvements. Spend time on-site with customers and build trust in person. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in hands-on, customer-facing technical roles. Shipped production code in a real production environment. Strong Python; comfortable with Kubernetes and infra engineering. LLM stack knowledge: inference, serving, and fine-tuning (SFT; DPO/RFT a plus).
