AI Field Engineer

📋 Description Build end-to-end POCs and MVPs with customer teams, in their codebases and infra. Architect inference foundations and scale deployments to avoid bottlenecks. Run load tests; establish latency, throughput, and cost baselines; tune deployments. Deploy/validate new model families on vLLM/SGLang; tune shapes and serving. Lead discovery conversations; align stakeholders; translate pain points to product improvements. Spend time on-site with customers; build trust in person. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in a hands-on, customer-facing technical role. Proven track record shipping production software with customers. Strong Python; experience with Kubernetes and infra engineering. LLM stack knowledge: inference, model serving, fine-tuning (SFT min). Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and GPU model deployment.
