📋 Description Assess ElevenLabs environment for gaps and scalability. Define and implement best-practice architecture and ops standards. Plan and execute migration to target-state architecture. Optimize AI voice workflows, integrations, and automation. Create middleware solutions for client integrations and workflows. Produce technical blueprints, SOPs, and operational docs. 🎯 Requirements Hands-on ElevenLabs production experience (agent config, troubleshooting). Expert in Voice AI architecture, conversational AI, scalable systems. Experience building middleware, APIs, webhooks, integrations (Node.js/Python). Experience integrating Voice AI with business systems and scheduling platforms. Troubleshoot and optimize production Voice AI (latency, reliability, monitoring).
