📋 Description Design, develop, test, deploy, and support high-quality software across Agentic AI capabilities and Build, operate, and consume MCP servers, including tool design, authentication and OAuth Develop LLM agents using tool and function calling, as well as multi-agent orchestration approaches Test and evaluate agent behavior and implement appropriate observability for AI systems operating Build backend services primarily in Python for AI and agent workloads and Java for integration with Contribute to architecture and technical design discussions, evaluating trade-offs related to 🎯 Requirements Be based in Brazil, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, or Mexico; this opportunity is open to Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to work effectively in an entirely 4+ years of backend-focused software development experience using Java and Python, including Strong proficiency in Java and Python, including data structures, relational databases, and SQL.
