AI Engineer

📋 Description Design, build, and deploy AI-powered features within production-grade applications. Develop backend services and APIs that integrate LLMs into real-world products. Build and optimize LLM workflows, including prompts, RAG, and agents. Own end-to-end delivery of AI features from ideation to deployment and monitoring. Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to scale AI capabilities. Work with large codebases and contribute to system architecture decisions. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or related field. 4-5 years as Software/AI Engineer (product-focused). Located in Colombia only; English B2+ or C1. Strong fundamentals: data structures, system design, clean code. Python proficiency and backend API/service development. Hands-on experience integrating LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Llama).
