AI Data Trainer & AI Model Optimization Engineer

📋 Description Develop, train, and optimize AI models for document intelligence and extraction. Build and maintain training pipelines, datasets, evaluation frameworks, and automated workflows. Improve and evaluate SLMs, FastText classifiers, LLM workflows, and hybrid extraction. Design domain intelligence frameworks for regulated standards (GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2). Establish model quality metrics and validation processes to improve accuracy and explainability. Analyze production behavior, diagnose issues, and collaborate across teams to implement improvements. 🎯 Requirements Experience with NLP, document intelligence, information retrieval, or ML systems. Experience developing, training, evaluating, or optimizing ML models, including LLMs. Strong Python development skills and experience with ML frameworks, data pipelines, and model evaluation. Experience with model training, data annotation, dataset management, MLOps, or AI lifecycle automation. Understanding of AI tech such as transformer models, embedding models, SLMs, LLMs, RAG, or prompt engineering.
