AI Automation Programmer

About the role We are seeking an AI Automation Programmer to join FirstBPO, based in San Pablo City, Laguna. As an AI Automation Programmer, you will play a crucial role in transforming business processes, enhancing productivity, and delivering cutting-edge technology solutions that align with our company's vision for digital excellence. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain automation scripts, programs, and workflows to streamline business operations. Explore and integrate AI tools, APIs, and automation platforms into existing processes. Identify repetitive tasks and recommend opportunities for automation and process improvement. Test, troubleshoot, and optimize programs to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency. Collaborate with the team to understand business requirements and develop appropriate technical solutions. Maintain technical documentation and provide support for implemented automation solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or other related technical programs. At least 2 years of relevant work experience in programming, software development, automation, or a related field. Knowledge of programming languages, APIs, databases, and system integration. Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation platforms, or AI-assisted development is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
