Execute product strategy and territory plans to achieve Lab ÄKTA orders and sales targets in the assigned region. Proactively identify and qualify new opportunities across Academia, Biopharma Process development and other relevant life science applications. Generate and develop opportunities through customer visits, technical presentations, seminars, networking and close collaboration with account managers and channel partners. Understand customer purification workflows and business challenges, recommend appropriate ÄKTA systems, configurations and workflow solutions, and clearly translate technical advantages into customer value. Lead product selection, demonstrations, sample testing and technical evaluations; track trial results and support customers through technical specification, bidding and purchasing decisions. Build strong relationships with scientists, process-development teams, key opinion leaders and decision makers at strategic and key accounts. Provide advanced technical and application support, product training and troubleshooting to customers, sales teams and channel partners, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Collect and communicate market trends, competitive intelligence, unmet customer needs and emerging application opportunities; recommend actions that strengthen positioning and support business growth. Maintain accurate opportunity, forecast and customer-interaction information in relevant company systems, and provide regular visibility of pipeline progress, risks and required actions.
