Manager, Pre-sales and Solutions Location: Taguig, Philippines Work Setup: Hybrid Shift: Mid Shift Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Manager, Pre-sales and Solutions to lead bids and business opportunities within End-User Services, with a strong focus on BPO Service Desk solutions . The role will drive business development activities, develop innovative solutions, manage major bids, and ensure compliance with the Business Engineering Management Framework. Key Responsibilities Own and drive the overall solution for major bids and opportunities in End-User Services. Lead pre-sales and bid management activities for large BPO Service Desk opportunities. Develop strategic sales plans, build pipelines, and support the closure of complex IT consulting deals. Create effective proposals, presentations, case studies, and bid documentation. Collaborate with multiple business units to develop comprehensive and competitive solutions. Standardize tools, offerings, and best practices for bid activities. Build and maintain a knowledge repository containing bid tools, best practices, and case studies. Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall bid process. Expand Solution Architect expertise and capabilities within the business unit. Support Delivery Directors during sales-to-delivery handoff and transition. Contribute to APAC Communities of Practice, including Customer Experience and Intelligent Automation. Support the Expert Enablement program within the APAC Strategic Business Unit. Represent the organization in relevant local industry forums and events. Own and manage a strong pipeline of new business across existing and prospective accounts. Challenge client assumptions and develop innovative solutions aligned with business requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level client stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. 3+ years of experience managing Profit & Loss within a consulting organization , covering both sales and delivery. Strong experience in pre-sales and bid management within BPO Service Desk operations . Experience in a Solutions Consultant or Bid Manager role is highly preferred. Proven experience in strategic sales planning, pipeline development, and closing complex IT consulting deals. Strong understanding of Service Desk operations and BPO environments. Experience handling large-scale bids and proposals. Strong knowledge of public-sector challenges, procurement processes, and digital transformation trends. Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and relationship-building skills. Ability to engage effectively with executive-level stakeholders. Strong English communication skills. Willingness to travel as required. BEMF Training is preferred but not mandatory. Preferred Experience Service Desk experience. Large BPO Service Desk bid experience. Consulting and solution development experience. Experience supporting sales-to-delivery transitions. Experience working across multiple business units and APAC stakeholders. Important Requirements Candidates should demonstrate stable career progression and consistent tenure in previous roles. Candidates must not be current or former employees of CGI. Candidates must be amenable to working hybrid in Taguig on a mid-shift schedule .
