About the role
Experience: With at least 2-5 year of experience in a team lead, shift lead, or senior analyst role handling AD administration. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) environments. Experience with enterprise ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Zendesk. Basic knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP) related to workstation domain-joining. Advantage: Basic PowerShell scripting skills for automating bulk user creations or modifications. Soft Skills: Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills, strong conflict-resolution capabilities, and excellent time management. Shift Flexibility: Ability to work shifting schedules (including night shifts or rotating rosters) to support global clients if required.
