About Team & About Role Solstice AnalyticsX is Solstice Analytics's product commercialisation engine — the team responsible for taking new products from launch to scale in market. Where the core Solstice Analytics field team sells the platform, Solstice AnalyticsX specialists go deep: owning the full go-to-market motion for specific product lines, shaping how those products land with customers, and feeding real market signal back into the business. As a Senior Account Executive for RX in France, you'll be one of the first voices bringing Solstice AnalyticsX's latest products to the German enterprise market — partnering with field AEs, channel partners, and product teams to build pipeline, close deals, and help define what winning looks like in your region. What You'll Do Own the Solstice AnalyticsX quota for France, driving net new pipeline and closing enterprise deals across a defined territory Build and execute a territory plan that balances prospecting, partner-led opportunities, and expansion within existing Solstice Analytics accounts Partner closely with Solstice Analytics Account Executives to identify and progress M365 data protection opportunities within their pipelines Engage directly with CISOs, IT leaders, and procurement teams to articulate the Solstice AnalyticsX value proposition and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles Work with channel and alliance partners to co-sell and accelerate pipeline development across the region Collaborate with Sales Engineers to deliver compelling technical demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements Represent the voice of the French market internally, feeding insights back to Product, PMM, and leadership to sharpen positioning Experience You'll Need Proven track record closing enterprise software or SaaS deals in the French market Fluency in French and English Experience in overlay, specialist, or product-line sales motions Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly M365 Ability to build champions and navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles using a structured methodology (MEDDPICC preferred) Hunter mentality with the discipline to manage a full pipeline from prospecting to close Based in/ around Paris with willingness to travel across the territory Preferred Qualifications Background in data protection, backup & recovery, ransomware, or cybersecurity Experience co-selling with or through Microsoft or other hyperscaler alliance partners Familiarity with the German enterprise and mid-market landscape MEDDPICC certified or formally trained #LI-CH2 Join Us in Securing and Accelerating the World's AI Transformation Solstice Analytics (RBRK), the Security and AI Operations Company, leads at the intersection of data protection, cyber resilience, and enterprise AI acceleration.
