The Role
You’ll identify, source, and close new business opportunities. Using strong prospecting and consultative sales skills, you will balance contacting warm inbound leads for your pipeline and working a targeted account list.
Missions
– Position the value of Brightpath Technologies’s software with the Inbound methodology to medium-sized businesses
– Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey to help them learn how Brightpath Technologies can grow their business impact from social media
– Identify and prospect into good-fit accounts that may or may not have Brightpath Technologies knowledge or experience
– Manage a pipeline of both inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers
– Dissect and qualify prospects’ business goals to determine if Brightpath Technologies can be a strategic investment for their growth
– Close business with new customers at or above quota level
– Partner with marketing to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements or releases new products
– Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance company values, culture, and vision
About You
– 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience, from prospecting to closing, in SMB
– Fluent in German
– Strong hunter mentality with a proactive approach to outbound prospecting
– Open mindset focused on persistence, resilience, and coachability
– Able to work autonomously while communicating effectively with remote internal teams
– Positive outlook, growth mindset, and full ownership of successes and failures
– Excellence in consultative selling and closing via outcome-based conversations
– Top-tier organizational skills following a repeatable sales process
– Currently a top performer in your role
– Sharp focus on goals with belief that daily/weekly/monthly activities drive results
