About the role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Executive based in Brazil. This remote role offers the opportunity to drive enterprise growth by building strategic relationships with leading global organizations. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing high-value contracts. The position combines consultative selling, strategic account management, and revenue generation within a fast-paced technology environment. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape sales strategies and accelerate business growth. This role is ideal for an experienced SaaS sales professional who thrives in complex deals and enjoys building scalable sales processes. You will have the opportunity to make a direct impact by helping expand market presence and create long-term customer partnerships. Accountabilities: Build and manage a qualified pipeline of enterprise prospects, identifying opportunities and driving revenue growth. Lead discovery calls, product demonstrations, and value-based sales conversations with key stakeholders. Develop ROI-driven business cases and manage complex, multi-year contract negotiations. Close high-value, multi-seat deals while coordinating with internal teams such as legal and procurement. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting using CRM platforms, providing regular updates to leadership. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure strong market positioning and customer alignment. Analyze sales performance data and continuously improve sales strategies, processes, and conversion rates. Contribute to the development of sales playbooks, processes, and materials within a growing commercial organization. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales, preferably within high-growth or venture-backed technology companies. Proven track record of successfully closing $100K+ ARR deals involving multiple stakeholders and complex buying processes. Experience selling to Fortune 1000 companies or similar enterprise organizations. Strong expertise with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, or comparable sales and pipeline management tools. Knowledge of ad tech, performance analytics, media, data platforms, or related technology sectors is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders. Strategic, results-oriented mindset with strong pipeline management and forecasting abilities. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and align with US Eastern Time working hours. Experience building or improving sales processes in an early-stage company is a strong advantage.
