6 Months UAT

Responsibilities Provide first-level support for hardware, software, email, connectivity and general issues Troubleshoot Windows desktops and laptops, and assist with common applications such as Outlook, Teams and OneDrive Set up, install, configure and maintain computers, servers and standard business applications Assist with printers, meeting-room equipment and other workplace technology Maintain asset records and track company equipment Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment preparation, account setup and access requests Coordinate basic support for vessels and remote users, including connectivity and application issues Set up equipment for training sessions, meetings, audits and presentations, and provide on-site technical support when required Assist with packing, unpacking, relocating and setting up computers and servers Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in UAT, IT, Business Analytic functions Interested applicants please email your resume to [email protected] Megan Ng Su Ting (CEI No.: R23115059) Recruit Express Pte Ltd EA Licence No: 99C4599 *** We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
