Associate Client Representation

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate for Client Representation. In this role, you will be the 'Wingman' to our clients, assisting them throughout the critical phase of job applications, ensuring their profiles are accurately represented and effectively marketed to potential employers.
Responsibilities:
 Review candidate profiles and understand their skills, experiences, and career goals.
 Identify suitable job applications shortlisted by clients and apply as per their preferences.
 Craft personalized cover letters (with in build AI Cover Letter) and resumes for each application, highlighting relevant skills and experiences.
 Utilize various job search platforms and tools to apply to relevant job postings.
 Communicate with clients to gather additional information or clarify details as needed.
 Track and manage application progress, follow up on submissions, and provide timely updates to candidates.
 Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while representing candidates to prospective employers.
 Stay updated on industry trends, job market dynamics, and best practices in client representation.
Qualifications & Skills:
 Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
 Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
 Proficiency in using job search platforms, applicant tracking systems, and other recruitment tools.
 Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
 High level of professionalism and discretion in handling candidate information.
 Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and processes.
