We are looking for the SALES MANAGER due to active development of new directions!
Our ideal candidate is the one who:
1) Has experience in selling B2B to the US market;
2) Has fluent English;
3) Has sales techniques and is able to apply them;
4) Can work with Microsoft PowerPoint to make a presentation to the client.
Your main responsibilities will include the following:
1) Develop a potential customer base to sell our service;
2) Find new clients and attract further cooperation;
3) Set up Zoom — meetings or a telephone calls with potential clients to make a presentation of the service;
4) Communicate with the clients at each stage;
5) Fill in and enter all customer information in CRM Pipedrive.
Do you have experience in B2B sales to the US market and know how to attract a new customer? Then send your CV to and we will contact you on the same day!
From the 1st month your starting salary (depending on experience) will be 1 000 — 1 500 $ + 100 $ of sales for each customer
You will be able to earn:
from UAH 23000 to 29000 (minimum)
from UAH 30000 to 36000 (average)
from UAH 37000 to 43000 (high)
You conclude 10 contracts with clients, you earn from 2,500 $
You conclude 25 contracts with clients, you earn 5,000 $ and more
We are ready to pay more, the main thing is to show good results in work and to close deals! The more you work, the higher salary you get.
Also you are getting:
1) We provide a fixed rate + KPI for your work, which we pay without delay and afford an opportunity to earn from $5,000;
2) Certification + paid leave and sick leave;
3) The office is located at Chernyshevsky Street (5−7 minutes away from metro stations University and Pushkinska);
4) We have a large office with steep repairs. It is divided into separate Open Spaces, which are equipped with everything necessary for rest and effective work;
5) Work schedule: from 14:00 to 23:00 PM from Mon-Fr.;
6) There is a friendly atmosphere in our team, where employees help and advise each other. We’re planning to organize some motivational competitions between departments;
7) The manager will brief you and he/she will explain the specifics of the work. He/she is as loyal as possible in providing feedback to staff members;
8) We do corporate parties for the whole company and departments;
9) We provide free tuition + give access to free English courses 2−3 times a week. If you have your own ideas for training, we will arrange it individually with the manager;
10) If you work well and prove yourself in sales, you will be able to receive above market wage and to climb the career ladder.
