Job Description

\\n- Create and drive the global/national marketing strategy and playbook.
\\n- Own and deliver our Marketing Roadmap.
\\n- Craft our brand voice to ensure we communicate effectively with our customers and partners.
\\n- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
\\n- Be at the forefront of our customer acquisition model, obsessed with all things growth marketing.
\\n- Working with the senior management team on positioning Northwind Robotics and our offerings and delivering content to enable sales.
\\n- Liaise with HR to create a compelling employer brand, as a great place to work
\\n- Manage our agency usage and partnership engagements.
\\n- Set, monitor, and report on team goals and KPIs.
\\n- Continuous market analysis to understand our position in an ever-changing environment.
\\n- Drive the digital marketing capability (website, SEO, social media channels)
\\n- Lead the messaging, positioning, content creation, solutions marketing, and delivery of marketing experiences that engage the target customer base
\\n- Find opportunities to rapidly grow customer acquisition
\\n- Strategies with Commercial on how to optimize pricing tiers for growth
\\n- Provide reporting to the senior management team against agreed performance measures, and provide insights on future strategies
