📋 Description Own the timing, coordination, and follow-up for your assigned projects and initiatives, working Partner directly with Product Managers on scoping, planning, and prioritization of features across Design, build, and ship high-quality code at a consistent pace using Ruby on Rails and React, with Mentor and coach junior engineers on best practices, code quality, and problem-solving approaches. Contribute to and help improve team processes and procedures, supporting a culture of continuous Incorporate AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) into your daily engineering workflow 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar. Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and React. Proven track record operating at a Senior engineer level (or equivalent). Comfortable working directly with Product Managers, not just other engineers. Experience mentoring or coaching junior engineers.
