Project Manager at Northwind Robotics
The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of software development projects. You will manage projects from start to finish, which includes scoping, project planning, internal resource management, deadline and budget management, daily project monitoring, and task delegation. You will manage the daily execution of tasks, clearly display the team’s workflow, monitor productivity, and effectively collaborate with other teams to complete projects.

Day to Day Responsibilities
• Scoping
• Understand the project goals and deliverables
• Communicate the resources/budget needed to complete a project
• Utilize project management software to accurately project lead-times
• Clearly communicate and document the assets/resources needed for a project
• On-boarding
• Develop project planning document and present project to management and development team
• Attend kick-off meeting
• Gather or clearly communicate any needed assets or information
• Create initial tasks for execution team
• Day-to-Day Project Management
• Utilize project management software to track daily tasks
• Daily management of timelines and deliverables for all projects
• Communicate with management team on project updates, questions and risks
• Execution of design and development tasks
• On-going Project Management
• Manage tasks, execution and efficiency to achieve department goals
• Review work and provide strategic feedback to ensure alignment with goals
• End to end management of timelines and deliverables for all projects
• Diligently manage execution team’s project capacity and work-flow
• Develop project management software usage standards and project templates
• Show ability and desire to manage, lead, and empower team members

Education and Experience Required:
• Degree or Certificate in one of the following subject areas: English, Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred.
• Knowledge iOS Development: 1 year (Preferred)
• Knowledge of Software Development: 1 year (Preferred)
• Knowledge Cloud Computing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Knowledge Agile Software Development: 1 year (Preferred)
• Knowledge Restful API: 1 year (Preferred)
